Japanese Cultural Week 2024

The Japanese Cultural Week will take place from October 9th to October 15th, as part of the "International Cultural Weeks" organized by the Albanian Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation. This marks Japan's third participation in the event, which has drawn many attendees each year. This year, we are excited to offer a diverse range of activities that showcase Japanese culture, including film screenings, Japanese food workshops, tea ceremony and so on. Film Festival

Japanese Food "Washoku" Workshop

Location: Instituti Kulinar Neranxi (The maximum capacity is 250 seats)
Description: Join us for a hands-on workshop where you can learn to prepare authentic Japanese dishes. In the workshop, we will make Sushi-rolls, Okonomiyaki, Dorayaki, and Matcha-tiramisu. There will be tasting, so please look forward to it.

Tea Ceremony Demonstration

Location: UPT (Polytechnic University of Tirana) Atrium of the Faculty of Physical & Math Engineering (The maximum capacity is 40 seats for each session)
Description: Experience the art of the Japanese tea ceremony, including a live demonstration.

Origami Workshop

Cultural Symposium ~Discovering the Real Japan through Albanians~

Ambassador's Cup (Judo and Karate)
