Online Economic Seminar

On July 26, the Embassy of Japan in Albania co-hosted the first Online Economic Seminar, together with the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Vienna office and the Albania Investment Development Agency (AIDA). More than 50 companies has participated.
At the seminar, JETRO gave an overview of the six West Balkan countries, Ambassador Takada and AIDA explained the political and economic situation in Albania, and Sews-Cabind Albania, a Japanese company in Albania, explained the company's experience in Albania, and Albania - Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry explained the role of the chamber.
In addition, AIDA, JICA, and JBIC explained support measures for Japanese companies investing in Albania.
This seminar is expected to enhance the economic relations between Albania and Japan.
