The Embassy of Japan is looking for competent employees.
Place of work:
the Residence of the Ambassador of Japan in Tirana
Date of Commence of employment:
Undecided. (Between End of April and May, 2019)
Post available:
Butler / Housekeeper: 2 (two) posts.
Salary:
It will be decided depending on experience and skill. Employee will enjoy conditions of employment in accordance with Albanian/Japanese law, including being subscribed to social security.
Expected period of work:
Undetermined. Probation period will be applied the first 3 (three) months of employment.
1. Duties
Main duties shall be for example as follows:
- Maintenance of the Ambassador’s residence (Cleaning, Laundry and Ironing etc.).
- Assistance of official lunch, dinner and reception at the residence.
- Management of foodstuffs, kitchen equipment and consumable goods.
- Other duties assigned by the Embassy.

- Fluent English and Albanian. Experience of work in any English- speaking environment is also desirable.
- Candidates who have Japanese language skills will be appreciated. (not mandatory).
- General IT skills are preferable. (e.g. Microsoft Office etc.)
- Work experience in the fields, such as the service industry, will be highly appreciated. (e.g. Hotel, Restaurant, Cleaning company etc.)
- To be holder of Albanian nationality or permanent residence permit in Albania.
